Slow Vinyasa:

Classic yoga! Slow flow, holding each posture for a couple of breaths.

 

Meditation:

In this class, you will unwind through stretches and breathwork. We will also practise pranayama and mantra.

1-2-1 sessions

A session tailored to you! I will build a session around what you want to practice, offer tips on how to improve your flexibility and balance, and answer any questions you have.

A great option for those wanting to take their self-care to the next level. Highly recommended for beginners who want to understand the basics and advanced students who want to push themselves.

Kids Yoga

Kids yoga is a form of yoga specifically designed for children. It incorporates elements of traditional yoga practice, such as breathing exercises, physical postures (asanas), and relaxation techniques, but presents them in a playful and age-appropriate manner.

Kids’ yoga can be practised in various settings, including schools, community centres, yoga studios, and even at home with the guidance of parents or caregivers.

Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and mindfulness. This class will allow you to refocus your attention on your inner self.

 Thursday Night:

30 min of flow to stretch your body and relax before bed.
